A full range of rectangular and circular attenuators can be manufactured to client’s specification using quality materials. The acoustic material within our attenuators are retained using 50% free area perforated metal and lined with fibreglass sheet to prevent migration of fibres.

Fully skilled in all aspects of HVCA ductwork installations, our on site installation staff are employed directly by AIRCON Mechanical Services Ltd. We ensure that each fitter as passed safety awareness course and holds a currant CSCS card for competence to install ductwork.

We supply and install all plant or install ‘free issue’ plant supplied by client, and have fully qualified forklift truck operators that can be supplied to off load and position any plant as required. We also supply and install or install free issue second fix items such as grilles, linear grilles and diffusers etc.

Fleet of company vehicles are up to date, unmarked for costumer discretion, and are fitted with tracker system to enable us to locate our vehicles at any given time. This also enables us to produce a log of time spent on a particular contract at our client’s request.

Our drawing office can produce working and as fitted drawings as requested to a very high standard. Fully dimensioned working drawings issued to installation team prior to installation commencing, and as fitted drawings issued to client to retain on completion of contract, or to include within O&M manuals.
